The Annual Worcester Police Memorial Ceremony to be held on Sunday, May 21st

The annual Worcester Police Memorial Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 21st at 9:30 AM. The ceremony will take place at Worcester Police Headquarters at the flag pole rotary. The ceremony honors members of the Worcester Police Department who passed away in 2022. The tradition has been carried on since the late 1800’s.

Polar Park

Polar Park, truly a community park, is anticipated to host 125 year-round events including family affordable baseball games, outdoor concerts, other sporting events and community meetings/events.

Man Arrested after Report of Breaking and Entering in Progress

On Saturday, May 6th at approximately 5:15 PM officers responded to a residence on West Boylston Street for a report of a breaking and entering in progress. The homeowner arrived home and notice that his home was vandalized and rummaged through.
