On Sunday, July 2, 2023, a pair of officers were working the Summer Impact Program (which maximizes police resources during peak hours of activity) when they noticed a vehicle operating with a failed inspection sticker. Officers also noticed that the passenger in the back seat had a hood on with a ski mask.

On Monday, July 3, 2023 members of the Worcester Police Gang Unit were in possession of a search warrant with the target address being 2 Bedford Ave Apt. 1. The target of the warrant was identified as 20-year-old Juan Burgos.

On June 25th 2023 at about 1:30 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a home invasion on Houghton St. After an investigation, officers determined that several people forced their way into the apartment and began attacking residents inside.

On June 29th 2023, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers were conducting a drug investigation on Enfield St.

On June 29th 2023 at about 10:03 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of 103 Dorchester for a ShotSpotter activation.

On June 29th 2023, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team were on patrol in the area of Castle Park.

On June 28th 2023, the Worcester Police Vice Squad conducted a “John” sting in the Main South area.

On June 28th 2023 at about 5:20 PM, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team were on patrol in the area of Southbridge St when they observed a Black Lexus on Southbridge St.

On June 27, 2023, members of the Vice Squad were conducting surveillance in the area of Castle Park due to numerous citizen complaints of open air drug dealing and using in the park. During the surveillance, Vice officers identified one male later identified as Eduar Valle who was meeting with numerous individuals and conducting brief exchanges consistent with street level drug deals.
