WPD Vice Squad Search Warrant Yields Guns, Fentanyl

On April 27th 2023, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Vice Squad possessed a search warrant for an apartment on Apricot St. At about 5:40 PM, officers entered the apartment and located the target of the warrant, fifty-three-year-old Brian Boulay. Officers located bags of what appeared to be fentanyl, bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine, drug packaging materials, a rifle, and a handgun.
Mr. Boulay was placed under arrest and is charged with Possession of a Class A Substance with intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class B Substance with intent to Distribute, Two Counts of Use of a Firearm while Committing a Felony, two counts of Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, and Improper Storage of a Firearm. Fifty-six-year-old Kevin Asquith was also placed under arrest for a previously existing arrest warrant.
