On Monday, June 12, 2023 an officer spotted two men with active arrest warrants at 137 Pleasant Street. Multiple units responded to the address to locate 54-year-old Anthony Clarke and 51-year-old Bobby Hammond to arrest them on their warrants.

On June 11th 2023 at about 3:40 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of Birch St for a ShotSpotter activation and report of gunshots.

On June 6th 2023 at about 1 PM, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers were conducting surveillance in the area of North Ashland St when they observed a male, identified as thirty-nine-year-old Demeterious Melbourne reach into a fanny pack, hand a small item to another male, and receive something in return.

On May 22nd 2023 at about 2 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to 802 Main St for a report of gunshots.

On June 3rd 2023 at about 10:15 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a Millbury St apartment for a residential break.

The Worcester Police Department announced intermittent traffic control and anticipated traffic delays for Sunday, June 4th due to the Firefighter 6K. The Worcester Police Department is advising drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians to take extra care to obey the rules of the road and to be considerate of others traveling on local streets.

On June 2nd 2023 at about 3:10 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the property of Worcester Technical High School for a report of a ShotSpotter activation.

On May 31st 2023 at about 6:35 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of 664 Main St for a report of a large group of teenagers fighting, possibly involving a firearm and a knife.

On May 25th 2023 at about 10:30 PM, a Worcester Police officer assigned to the DEA Task Force arrested Andrew Stanhope, thirty-seven-years-old of Holden, after a joint investigation.

On May 25th 2023, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Vice Squad had a search warrant for a West St apartment.
