On April 10th 2023 at about 3:20 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to 427 Park Ave for a report of a commercial break in progress.

On April 8th 2023 at about 6:55 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Elm Park for a report of a several youth trying to fight someone.

UPDATE: After an investigation, on April 9th 2023, Worcester Police officers placed Izaiha Quintal, twenty-years-old of Kenyon Ave, under arrest in connection with the Dorchester St shooting.

On April 9th 2023 at about 1:23 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of Dorchester St for a reported ShotSpotter activation.

On April 5th members of the Worcester Police Vice Unit were in possession of two search warrants. One for a pickup truck registered to 29-year-old of Terrell Conyer-Jones and another search warrant for his residence located 98 Elm Street, Apartment 2. Both warrants were for cocaine.

On March 30th 2023, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Vice Squad possessed a search warrant for a Paine St address.

On March 29th 2023 at about 11 AM, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team were conducting surveillance in the area of Beacon and Oread St

On Monday, March 27, 2023, at approximately 1:00 PM Worcester police were dispatched to 139 Eastern Ave for a report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, officers observed a broken window.

On March 24th 2023 at about 5:30 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to an address on Everard St for a report of a break in progress.

The Worcester Police Department announced temporary road closures and intermittent traffic control ahead of Friday morning's funeral for Sgt. Derrick Leto who passed away last week off-duty. Drivers can expect intermittent delays and detours on Grafton Street beginning at 9:15 AM.
