This Bid Invitation covers: Provide mop, mat and towel services as per the requirements and specifications of the Cityof Worcester Public Schools for a period of two (2) years from date of contract.

Scope: Provide professional aquatic facility maintenance / management services as per the attached requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Department of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery for a period from date of contract December 31, 2031.

Description of Work: The partial renovation/new construction of 644 SF of the Worcester Institute Park toilet space. Selective demolition of existing systems shall be required. This work includes the removal of all existing plumbing fixtures within the project area and replacement with new plumbing fixtures in accordance with the City of Worcester Department of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery’s specifications/requirements. 

Estimated Cost - $86,000

Provide Pest Management Services for the City for a period of 1 year.
