Description of Work: The partial renovation/new construction of 644 SF of the Worcester Institute Park toilet space. Selective demolition of existing systems shall be required. This work includes the removal of all existing plumbing fixtures within the project area and replacement with new plumbing fixtures in accordance with the City of Worcester Department of Parks, Recreation & Cemetery’s specifications/requirements.
