Scope: provide professional consulting services for artificial intelligence powered hiring navigator per the attached requirements and specifications of MassHire Central Region Workforce Board.

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the servicing and repair of overhead doors in all buildings operated by the City of Worcester for a one-year period 

Furnish and deliver all labor and materials needed for demolition of a modular unit at the Mill Swan School per the specifications of the City of Worcester Public Schools

The Project scope includes selective demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete wall and slab, masonry restoration, steel framing, electrical, earthwork, bollards, bituminous pavement, fencing, and electrical work associated with installation of new generator system.
