Comments:

This project includes the upgrade of the heating system for the 13,500 SF building located at 29 Albany street, Worcester, MA. Installation includes new gas fired unit heaters. Selective demolition of existing systems shall be required. 

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

  1. Section 220000 PLUMBING
  2. Section 260000 ELECTRICAL

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on October 23, 2025 at the project site, DPW&P Building located at 29 Albany Street, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
