The Worcester Parks Summer Fitness Series is a 14-week program presented by the City of Worcester Department of Health & Human Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA in partnership with YWCA Central Massachusetts. The program runs from June 13 through September 18, Mondays through Sundays at 12 city parks. Classes range from boot camp and skills training to self defense and dance, with many family-friendly options.
The goal of this program is to provide Worcester residents with opportunities to engage in healthy eating, active living, community building and spending the summer becoming a healthier Worcester. We hope to see you there!
Participate in three or more sessions and receive a YWCA Fitness Membership giving you access to the fitness center and pool for the duration of the program. WRTA bus services are free through December 31, 2022.
