Parking ticket appeals are handled through the Municipal Hearing Office, City Hall Room 203, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may call 508-799-8656 or File an Appeal Online.
The Worcester Police Department no longer has copies to hand out. These forms must be printed through the RMV Website.
Permits and the appropriate forms are issued by the Detail Office. There is a $5 fee for all permits (except Work Permits, which are $10).
