Create508 is a youth arts and leadership program that empowers Worcester's next generation of artists, organizers, and creative leaders through hands-on experience in public art, event production, and community engagement. Since launching in 2021, participants have worked alongside artist mentors to develop creative projects while building real-world skills in collaboration, public speaking, networking, leadership, problem-solving, and professional development.
