Scope of Base – Work to include but not limited to: demolition of existing amenities, earthworks, soil management, furnish and install, new basketball court and handball court with sports lighting, new site lighting, new electrical service, bituminous and concrete flatwork, chain link fencing and associated site amenities and appurtenances.
Add Alternate No.1 Renovations to Existing Playground:
- Remove, dispose and replace existing poured-in-place playground rubber safety surfacing.
- Remove and dispose existing playground equipment and footing.
Chamfer corners of existing decorative granite blocks.
Estimated Cost: $ 1,340,000.00
