The City of Worcester and Worcester Red Sox are committed to see Polar Park used as a hub for community-orientated events. The Polar Park Ballpark is available 10 days per year for community events such as City-sponsored high school baseball and other sports tournaments, Little League parades, district or Commonwealth championships, festivals or meetings.
Application Process
The Worcester Red Sox waive standard rental fees for these Community Days.
The hosting organization (requestor) will be responsible for all event-related expenses, such as food and beverage, cleaning, security and staffing. The WooSox will contact you directly to discuss date availability and pricing.

Worcester, MA 01605 - All applications receive prior approval by the City of Worcester and the Worcester Red Sox and are then submitted to the Ballpark Commission for final review and approval.
- Requestors will be invited to make the request at a Ballpark Commission Meeting (virtually or in-person).
- Applicants are encouraged to submit applications 60 days prior to the date they are requesting to allow for further coordination with the Worcester Red Sox site management so the final agreement can be presented to the Worcester Ballpark Commission for approval at their once a month meeting schedule.

Cancellation Policy
If Licensee desires to cancel the Event for any reason whatsoever, other than a Force Majeure Event, at any time following execution of this Agreement, Licensee shall provide prompt written notice by email to the email address specified on the Event Form for Club's Point of Contact.
