    24 year old victim was shot to death while seated in his car on Hawley Street on 8-19-2004. A female passenger was also struck by stray bullets but survived her injuries. Weeks earlier, Lopez was involved in a fight in a bar where his face was slashed. Gang activity is suspected in this death.
