  • Synopsis:

    On September 8, 2016, at approximately 2321 hours, Worcester Police were dispatched to Huntington and Loring for a report of gunshots. While in route to this location, dispatch advised responding Officers that they had a report of a shooting victim at 98 Grove Street. Responding Officers called out at Gallagher's Pub at 97 West Boylston Street with a shooting victim. Officers on scene began giving chest compressions to a male later identified as Jeffrey Lavoile. Lavoile was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. Cause of death was ruled a homicide.

    As this was going on, Dispatch advised Officers that there was another shooting victim near Fastway Pizza. An EA was called for that victim as well. Shell casings were discovered in front of Gallagher's pub and a crime scene was established.
