Accessibility Renovation at Burncoat High School

The project scope generally consists of accessibility renovations, including replacement of handrails at existing interior ramps, replacement of interior door pair slabs to meet clear width, replacement of exterior doors, renovations to two existing restrooms into accessible single user restrooms, construction of a new single user accessible restroom, new masonry shaft for a vertical wheelchair lift, new accessible parking and striping, and two new exterior concrete ramps with stairs. 

This Bid Invitation covers: provide towing recovery services for medium – heavy duty vehicles & equipment as per the attached requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Department of Public Works for a period of two years from October 12, 2026 through October 11, 2028.

CIR Resurfacing & related repairs of Goddard Memorial Drive and a portion of Lincoln Street in Worcester, MA per requirements and specifications of DPW.

Estimated Cost: $3,964,797.49
