Yes, Recreation Worcester has a flexible sign-up and attendance policy. However, please register only for the week(s) your child is able to attend as we reserve spots on a first-come first-serve basis, and we want to ensure that all of our open spots are filled during the summer. If your child cannot attend on just one or two days during a week they've registered, please inform the Site Coordinator of your site during the week of their absence.

Unfortunately, we can't accept youth who are outside of the age range of 7 - 12 at the time of our program. Children ages 6 years or younger on the first day of the program must wait until they have turned 7 to attend. Youth ages 13 - 14 on the first day of the program are welcome to register for our Mentorship Leadership Experience program, and youth ages 15+ may apply to work at our Recreation Worcester sites. Once you register, you should receive an automated confirmation message. There is no need to reply. About 3 - 4 weeks before the program begins, our team will reach out to you via email to confirm your Recreation Site and to provide information about our program. Any communication with information or updates about our program will come to you via email, so please make sure you are checking all inboxes and spam folders to ensure you are not missing that information.
