The Project scope includes selective demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete wall and slab, masonry restoration, steel framing, electrical, earthwork, bollards, bituminous pavement, fencing, and electrical work associated with installation of new generator system.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, Worcester Police Headquarters, 9-111 Lincoln Square, Worcester, MA 01608, on Thursday, September 11, 2025, starting at 11:00 a.m., with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all bidders attend this meeting.
