Burncoat Street Playground is the northern most public park in Worcester. Located between Burncoat Street and West Boylston Street, this park offers activities such as basketball, tennis and volleyball, as well as a playground. Burncoat Street Playground is also fairly close to Kendrick Field.

The Burncoat Street Playground has play structures for kids of all ages. Whether kids want to swing, slide, climb or just run around, parents can relax on a shady bench while the little ones burn off some energy.

You'll feel like you can play your best games on these amazing courts! Both the basketball court and tennis court are paved and nicely maintained so that you can focus on improving your skills. Even more convenient is that the tennis court doubles as a pickleball court as well! Official markings for both tennis and pickleball can be found here to play either sport at your convenience.

Holland Rink Playground

Located on the corner of I-290 and Lincoln Street, this 3.9 acre park has a playground, two basketball courts, a small baseball diamond and a walkway and benches around the park. Holland Rink Playground was originally a part of Green Hill Park, until I-290 was built in 1967.

Lake Park is Worcester's third largest municipal park. It is located directly across from Lake Quinsigamond. In 1956, 27.12 acres were taken by the State for the development of Lake Quinsigamond, now parts of the park are owned by the State and other parts are owned by the City.

Boynton Park is Worcester's second largest city-park, physically located within the town of Paxton. It features a baseball diamond, picnic area and many hiking and nature trails, which connect to many other publicly accessible green spaces. Silver Spring cuts through the middle of the park.
