Bailey-Prouty Playground is located on the very western edge of Worcester, almost on the Paxton/Leicester line. This park features a baseball diamond and a playground. This park is home of John W. Spillane Memorial Field, maintained by Jesse Burkett Little League.

South Worcester Playground, also known as Harry Sherry Field and as Maloney Field, became a City park in 1986. This park is the home of the South Worcester Baseball league, featuring two baseball fields, a soccer area, two handball courts, a basketball court and a playground.

Institute Park is a historic park which dates to the late 1800’s. Close to downtown, this park was originally an ordinary farm field and pasture. It was donated by the Honorable Stephen Salisbury III in 1887 as a park to supply a green space for the students and citizens of Worcester.
Crompton Park Basketball Court

The park was purchased in 1888, and it was named Crompton Park and was then an open field which was used as a playground. Whether you and your kids are into sports, splashing around, enjoying a relaxing picnic or playing on a playground, there's something for everyone at Crompton Park!
