The project scope generally consists of accessibility renovations, including replacement of interior doors to meet clear width requirements, renovations to existing gang restrooms, conversion of two single occupant restrooms into one accessible restroom, conversion of two single occupant restrooms and a storage room into a single accessible restroom and office, and reconfiguration of a storage room to accommodate a wet room. Additionally renovating an existing library/storage space into a kitchen classroom space and any other related work necessary to complete all the work of the respective sections as indicated on the drawings.

Estimated Cost: $670,000.00
