    On Tuesday, February 14, 2012, Worcester Police responded to 15 Charlton St apt 201 for report of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim, subsequently identified as Josue Duran, lying on the living room floor. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
