On 11/22/12 at approximately 0747hrs Worcester Police were dispatched to 29 Richmond Ave for a reported baby not breathing. The baby was transported to the hospital where he later was pronounced deceased. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner had determined that the manner of death in the Jay Bassett case was homicide.
