  • Synopsis:

    On Saturday 04/22/2017, approximately 1359hrs, Worcester Police Dispatch advised Operations Officers that WEMS had a male victim, later identified as Mark Padilla, approach them on Harrison Street suffering from what they first thought were gunshot wounds. As paramedics began treatment it was later determined Padilla had been stabbed. Operations responded and found blood outside of 58 Providence Street and continued into the house to the second-floor landing in front of apartment #2. Mark Padilla was transported to the hospital and later pronounced deceased. Cause of death was ruled a homicide.
