Worcester is seeking the following participants to apply to be a vendor for Out to Lunch:
- Crafters and artisans to sell and show their handmade goods and wares. For artists and crafters, only one-of-a-kind hand crafted items are permitted for sale. Vendor Fee: $15/week
- Local farmers to sell and show their produce, goods and wares. Vendor Fee: $15/week
- Food trucks and local restaurants to sell their freshly made and locally-made meals. Vendor Fee: $40/week
- Local nonprofits to promote their mission, programs, events and provide additional entertainment. In replacement of cost, we require all nonprofit vendors to include an interactive activity with their station (e.g. face painting, games, photo booth, bowling, etc.).
Vendor Fees(s): Fees for the season will be requested prior to event start date in order to ensure vendor participation. Due to high volume of vendors, season fees are requested in full. Electronic payment will be available and vendors will be emailed an electronic invoice through Square. Checks should be made payable to the Worcester Cultural Coalition, mailing address: 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation made by the vendor, except for COVID-19 related circumstances, two weeks' notice must be given in advance. Cancellations may affect a vendor's return to Out to Lunch. In the event the decision is made to cancel Out to Lunch due to inclement weather or a COVID-19 related emergency, vendors will be notified via email and offered a make-up date if availalbe.
Marketing: The City of Worcester, along with the Worcester Cultural Coalition, is planning a multi-media marketing campaign to include social media, radio, email, print and more. In addition, all of our 2022 vendors are encouraged to promote the events to their networks and communities.

COVID-19 Policy: The COVID-19 event policies and expectations are included on the attached COVID-19 Agreement. Please note, Out to Lunch programming is "mask friendly" and unvaccinated participants are encouraged to wear a face covering.
Vendors must provide trash receptacles for waste generated by their booth and remove operational waste from the premises upon departure. There is no electricity provided.
