WPD’s Vice Squad Arrests Male on Drug Trafficking Charges

On January 27, 2025, officers with the Worcester Police Department’s Vice Squad Division were in possession of a search warrant for an apartment on Sever Street.
At approximately 8:00 AM, the target of the warrant, thirty-five-year-old Isaias Martinez, exited the building. Vice Detectives stopped Martinez before they executed the warrant at his apartment.
Approximately 96 grams of cocaine in individually wrapped baggies was found in the home and on Martinez’s person. Drug paraphrenia and a large amount of currency were also discovered.
Martinez was placed under arrest for Trafficking in a Class B Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance.
