Worcester Police Deparment

On September 13th 2023, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers had a search warrant for a Park Terrace Road address and a Dodge SUV. At about 5:45 PM, officers saw the Dodge pull up to the curb in front of the address. Officers approached the vehicle and detained the operator, twenty-nine-year-old Jewdy Gomez. Officers entered the apartment and located a large amount of what appeared to be cocaine, bags of what appeared to be fentanyl, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia, and a loaded handgun.

Mr. Gomez does not have a license to carry firearms. He was placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance (Cocaine) over 200 Grams, Trafficking in Fentanyl over 10 Grams, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card, Use of a Firearm in a Felony, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, and Armed Career Criminal Level 3.
