WPD Vice Squad Executes Search Warrant on Cambridge St, Recovers Cocaine

On April 9th, 2025, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers had search warrants for a Cambridge St apartment, a Providence St apartment, and a vehicle. At about 11 AM, officers observed the target of the warrant, thirty-nine-year-old Ryan McCabe, leave his Cambridge St address and enter a vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle on Dwight St and detained Mr. McCabe while they entered the address.
In the apartment, officers located a large amount of what appeared to be crack cocaine, along with packaging materials. Mr. McCabe was placed under arrest and charged with Trafficking in a Class B Substance 18-36 Grams.
