WPD Vice Squad Arrests Male for Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Distribute

On June 25, 2025, at approximately 6:10 PM, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Vice Squad observed what appeared to be a drug transaction on the corner of Kingsbury and Shepard Streets.
Officers attempted to stop a male, later identified as thirty-six-year-old Luis Blandino of Worcester. At that time, officers saw him throw something. The items were determined to be a bag containing crack cocaine and a scale. Blandino was placed under arrest and charged with Possession with a Class B Drug with Intent to Distribute.
