WPD Vice Squad Arrests Male on Drug Distribution Charges

On June 9, 2026, Vice Squad detectives observed a drug deal on Mill Street. Officers followed the dealer to Main Street where he was removed from his vehicle. Detectives located a bag that contained several baggies of crack cocaine and fentanyl. 

Fifty-seven-year-old Stephen Faro was charged with Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Manufacture and Distribution/Manufacture of a Class B Substance. The male who bought the drugs was charged with Possession of a Class B Substance.
