WPD Officers Make Quick Arrest After May St Commercial Break

On July 24th 2023 at about 1:43 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to a May St business for a report of a commercial break. Officers investigated and determined that two individuals broke into the business and stole thousands of dollars of merchandise.
Officers watched a video of two individuals in the store and confirmed that one of the males was still on the corner of Hammond and May St, wearing the same clothes. The male was identified as thirty-six-year-old Martin Roche of Main St. At about 2:10 PM, Mr. Roche was placed under arrest and is charged with B&E in the Nighttime for a Felony and Larceny over $1200.
