Worcester Police Deparment

On April 10th, 2025, at about 1:20 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Canterbury St for a report of a car break in progress. When officers arrived, they determined that someone had been trying to force the door of a parked vehicle, but he left before their arrival. Officers were able to watch security footage of the incident, then checked the area for the male. After checking the area, officers located forty-two-year-old Michael Lobo of Worcester. They immediately recognized him as the male pictured in the surveillance footage. Mr. Lobo had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and charged with Attempt to Break into a Depository and his warrant.
