WPD Officers Arrest Male for Distribution of Crack Cocaine

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on December 4, 2025, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team observed a drug transaction on Millbury Street. Officers approached the buyer who was summonsed for Possession of a Class B Substance.

Officers then approached fifty-four-year-old Duamel Ocasio of Worcester, who was in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with three passengers. Officers recovered a rock-like substance suspected to be crack cocaine behind the gas pedal of the vehicle. 

Ocasio was placed under arrest and charged with Distribution of a Class B Substance and Possession of a Class B Substance. The three passengers were free to leave.
