WPD to Hold Promotion Ceremony Thursday

The Worcester Police Department will hold a promotion ceremony at 3:30 PM on Thursday, June 22nd at City Hall in the Levi Lincoln Chamber. City Manager Eric Batista, Mayor Joseph M. Petty, City Councilor Kate Toomey, Chair of Public Safety and Chief Steven M. Sargent will preside over the ceremony. During the ceremony, the officers will take their oaths before family members and colleagues.
