Summer Impact Officers Seize Loaded Firearm

On Thursday, August 17th Officers assigned to the Summer Impact Program conducted a motor vehicle stop for a vehicle that was operating without lights on at 8:00 p.m. The vehicle was stopped on Rockport Road. During the incident officers located a working firearm in a bag inside the vehicle.
Chance Toney was charged with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of a firearm without an FID card, and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
