Male Arrested for Breaking into Motor Vehicle

On November 27th, 2024, at approximately 2:21 AM, Worcester Police officers noticed a male halfway inside of a parked vehicle on Monadnock Road. Upon seeing the officers, the male ran away.
A K9 was brought in to help locate the suspect. Officers eventually found him on Chadwick Street. Eighteen-year-old Kavont Kelly is charged with felony breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. Officers were able to contact the owner of the vehicle who confirmed there was nothing stolen and there was no damage to the vehicle.
