Worcester Police Deparment

On January 24th 2024 at about 6:34 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to M&M Market at 169 Lincoln St for a report of an armed robbery that just occurred. Officers were told that a male robbed the store at knifepoint.

Officers arrived and confirmed that the robbery had just taken place. They were able to watch the event on video and observed a male entering the store with what appeared to be a machete. Officers issued a BOLO of the suspect, and located a machete in the store.

Approximately an hour later, officers located the male seen in the video on Everett Gaylord Boulevard. The individual turned out to be fourteen-year-old, and was placed under arrest for Armed Robbery.
