Four Arrested for Fatal Dorchester St Shooting

On December 16th at approximately 2:30 AM, officers responded to 58 Dorchester St for a report of gun shots. Upon arrival they encountered a male in a vehicle suffering from several gun shot wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Detectives working the case developed probable cause for the following individuals:
Adrian Rodriguez DOB 8/2/1991 for Armed Assault with intent to Murder
Dylan Driscoll DOB 6/16/2005 for Armed Assault with intent to Murder
Darius Perkins DOB 2/15/04 for Armed Assault with intent to Murder
The fourth individual was a juvenile and was charged with Armed Assault with intent to Murder.
Dylan Driscoll was arrested in New Jersey on a warrant charging him with with Armed Assault with intent to Murder by the Hardyston Township Police Department. Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. Perkins and the juvenile were all arrested this morning in Fitchburg in a collaborative effort that included the USMS Fugitive Task Force, State Police VFAS, Fitchburg PD, Leominster PD and Worcester PD.
