The Worcester Fire Department Park Ave Station has tile and carpet flooring that needs replacement in the following areas:

Entire 2nd floor of station, except the bathroom areas and the fitness area.

Furnish and deliver personal protective equipment (3M) per the attached requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Division of Public Health 

This Bid Invitation covers: Provide all the service, labor and parts necessary and proper to perform cleaning, repair, reconditioning and maintenance of Athletic Equipment & Uniforms as per the requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Public Schools for a period of two (2) years from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 and at the sole discretion of the City to renew for a third year. The option to be determined at the end of the current contract year (See page 10).

This Bid Invitation covers: provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary and proper for fire alarm repairs at DCU Center as per the attached specifications & requirements of the City of Worcester.

Estimated Cost: $200,000
