Scope: provide professional coordinator services for region 2 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coalition for a period from date of contract through 6/30/25 with options to renew for two additional one year periods at the sole discretion of the City.

This bid consists of the installation and maintenance of above ground temporary water pipes, the removal of old, unlined cast iron water mains and the installation of new 6”, 8” and 12” polyethylene wrapped, zinc coated ductile iron water main including all associated water service and hydrant connections on various streets throughout the City as per the specifications of the DPWP.
