Crompton Park Pool to Remain Open Until 8/29

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester Parks, Recreation & Cemetery Department announced Tuesday that Crompton Park Pool will remain open for an additional week until Aug. 29, 2026. It was previously scheduled to close Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026.
All beaches will close on Aug. 22, 2026. Spray park facilities (East, Greenwood, University, & Tacoma Street) will remain open until Sept 7, 2026 (Labor Day).
Residents are reminded to only swim at locations with on-duty lifeguards and use caution when near water fronts.
