Worcester Police Department

On May 19, 2026, Vice Detectives were in possession of search warrants for an apartment on Chandler Street apartment 2 and an Acura sedan after an investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine in the City.  Vice Detectives observed the target of the warrant, thirty-two-year-old Zachary Bergeron, pull up in front of the target address in his vehicle. At this time, Detectives stopped Bergeron while simultaneously making entry into the apartment.  

Once inside, Detectives located Susan Bergeron, Kyle Bergeron, and Kayla McAuley.  A subsequent search revealed approximately 80 grams of cocaine and a large bag of Psychedelic Mushrooms along with digital scales and drug processing materials.  Additional crack cocaine was recovered from Bergeron’s vehicle.  

Zachary Bergeron was Charged with Trafficking in Cocaine 36-99 grams.  Kyle Bergeron and Kayla Mcauley were arrested for outstanding warrants. Susan Bergeron will be summonsed and charged with various drug offenses.
