WPD Special Crimes Unit and Cyber Crime Unit Partner with Several Agencies to Arrest and Charge Five Males with Human Trafficking of Child and Other Charges

On Friday, March 13, 2026, the Worcester Police Special Crimes Unit and Cyber Crime Unit partnered with the Boston Division Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New England Human Trafficking Unit and the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office to conduct an undercover human trafficking operation which aims to identify and arrest customers seeking to obtain commercial sexual services from minors.
Over the course of multiple days, five males arrived at a local hotel where they were arrested and charged with Human Trafficking of a Child, Enticing a Child Under 16, and Sexual for a Fee with a Child under 18 amongst other charges.
Because of the cooperative partnership between these agencies and the tireless efforts of investigators and prosecutors, successful investigations and prosecutions keep our communities safer.
This operation was supported in part by a Human Trafficking Enforcement and Training Grant awarded to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (EOPSS) in November 2025.
