WPD Summer Impact Officers Arrest Man with Warrant, Recover Crack Cocaine

On July 12th, 2025, at about 11:55 PM, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Summer Impact assignment were on patrol in the area of Lafayette St when they were dispatched to a call for a man making threats possibly involving a firearm. Upon arrival, the suspect had already fled the scene. Officers saw a video of him and immediately recognized him as fifty-two-year-old Naheem Schuler of Illinois St, who they knew had an active warrant for his arrest.
Officers checked the area for Mr. Schuler and quickly located him. Mr. Schuler was placed under arrest for his warrant and a search revealed many individually packaged bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine. Mr. Schuler was additionally charged with Possession of a Class B Substance.
