War Memorials

The City of Worcester is home to numerous memorials and landmarks honoring the men and women who served our country. Some of these Memorials include the Soldiers' Memorial honoring the Civil War soldiers, the Worcester Memorial Auditorium, Whispering Wall at Lincoln Square and Memorial Grove in Green Hill Park as World War I War Memorials, one WWII Memorial on the Worcester Common and another one at the corner of Lake Avenue and Hamilton Street as well as the Citizens of Color Honor Roll honoring WWII soldiers, the Korean War Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial and the Southwest Asia War Memorial.
