The City of Worcester is comprised of five districts, ten wards and fifty precincts. The City of Worcester Election Office conducts all elections. The results of those elections are available below in scanned PDF format.

Conducted every two (2) years on odd years in November. If needed, a preliminary is held in September.
Conducted every two (2) years on even years in November. If needed, a primary is held in September. In Presidential election years the November election is termed a General Election.
Conducted every four (4) years (i.e. 2016, 2020, etc.) in November. If needed, a primary is held in March.
Conducted whenever needed, the most recent was held in September 2013.
