South Worcester Playground, also known as Harry Sherry Field and as Maloney Field, became a City park in 1986. This 5-acre park is located on Cambridge St and is the home of the South Worcester Baseball league.

This park features two baseball fields, a soccer area, two handball courts, a basketball court, a playground, the Camp Street Community Garden and the South Worcester Neighborhood Center.

Hadwen Park has many winding nature trails, as well as a long, quick-flowing river that runs from Leesville to Curtis Pond. This park is the home of the Joe Schwartz little league. It also has a softball field, baseball field, two little league fields, basketball court, multi-purpose field and a playground. The multi-purpose field is used mostly for soccer and football games, depending on the time of year.
Oread Castle Playground Set

Oread Castle Park

District: 4

Oread Castle Park is a 3-acre park located in the Main South neighborhood. Before this was a City park, it was Oread Collegiate Institute, also known as "The Castle". It recently had a massive renovation and features basketball courts, futsal court overlay, playground, picnic tables and nature trails.
