The Office of the City Clerk maintains the records of Birth, Marriage and Death. Learn how to search for or obtain a certified copy.
The Worcester City Clerk is pleased to announce funeral homes with an existing account will be able to submit Death Record Requests through our Funeral Home Portal as of Monday June 21, 2021.
Funeral homes and parlors may request certified copies of death records online. Please select your funeral home from the list and enter your account number to begin. If you do not see your Funeral Home listed, please contact the City Clerk's Office for assistance.
