Board/Commission Duties:

Advise and assist the City in efforts relating to the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the City for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households. The Board is authorized to receive and accept contributions to the trust fund and provides oversight for the monies in the trust fund.

Member Responsibilities:

Attend and actively participate in regular meetings. Accept and receive real property, funding, grants, gifts, etc. for the purpose of purchasing, manageing or improving real property to be used as affordable housing.

Member Skillset:

At least one member shall be a tenant of affordable housing. At least two members shall have experience in housing development or finance. All members should have an interest in increasing quality affordable housing options.
